Websites & booking systems
Websites and booking systems tailored for your business.
For salons, trades, clinics and anyone who takes appointments.
We build fast, good-looking websites for local businesses — and wire in an online booking system so customers can book you at 11pm on a Sunday without you lifting a finger. Fixed prices. No jargon. No lock-in.
The problem
Most local businesses are losing work they never hear about
Not because they're bad at what they do. Because of three fixable things.
Your customer searched at 9pm and found someone else
Over half of local searches happen on a phone, out of hours. If your site loads slowly, looks dated on mobile, or doesn't show up for "near me" searches, that job goes to whoever ranked above you.
You're paying a marketplace 20–35% to talk to your own customers
Platforms like Treatwell charge commission on every marketplace booking — including regulars who'd have come to you anyway. On 25 bookings a week at £55, that's over £20,000 a year leaving the business. Work out your number →
Answering the phone is costing you your actual job
Every call taken mid-appointment is a distraction; every missed call is a lost customer. Online booking with automatic confirmations and reminders takes the admin off you and cuts no-shows at the same time.
What we do
Four things, done properly
Start with the website. Add the rest when the work justifies it — not before.

By the numbers
Typical build
One to two weeks from first call to live.
Booking commission
Flat monthly fee. Nothing taken per booking, ever.
Your diary is open
Roughly a third of bookings are made outside working hours.
Reply to any enquiry
Free review back within one working day, every time.
Live demo
This is the booking system. Go on — book something.
Below is a real, working booking flow, exactly as your customers would see it on your own website. Nothing is charged and no data is stored.
Why it beats a marketplace listing
A Treatwell or Booksy listing puts you in a shop window next to your competitors and charges you commission for the privilege. Your own booking system does the same job on your own site, for a flat monthly fee, and every customer who uses it belongs to you.
Bookings while you sleep
Roughly a third of online bookings are made outside working hours — those are calls you'd otherwise miss.
Fewer no-shows
Automatic reminders and optional deposits mean fewer empty chairs and wasted call-outs.
The customer list is yours
Names, emails and booking history export to a spreadsheet whenever you want. Try that with a marketplace.
You're booked in
- Confirmation email sent to the customer
- Appointment added to the owner's calendar
- SMS reminder scheduled for 24 hours before
- Customer added to the business's own database
Commission calculator
What is a booking marketplace actually costing you?
Drag the sliders to match your business. UK marketplaces typically charge 20–35% commission on bookings made through their platform.
Your numbers
Illustrative only. Assumes commission applies to the bookings shown and that those customers would book directly once you have your own system — in practice a marketplace does bring some genuinely new customers, so the real saving sits below the headline figure. Bring us your last three statements and we'll work it out properly.

How it works
From first call to live in about 1–2 weeks
Free review
A 20-minute call, or just an emailed video if that suits you better. We look at your current site, your Google listing and what your competitors are doing, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
Fixed quote
You get a written proposal with a fixed price, a clear scope and a launch date. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Build & review
We build it and send you a private link. You get two rounds of changes included — say what you want moved and we move it.
Launch & support
Site goes live, booking system tested with real appointments, and we walk you through running it over a screen-share. Then we're on the end of an email.
Who it's for
Built for the local businesses
If customers book you for a slot, or ring you for a quote, this is built for you.
Questions
The things people actually ask
Often not. If the bones are sound, it's usually cheaper to fix what's there — speed, mobile layout, Google listing — and bolt the booking system onto it. We'll tell you which on the free review, even when the answer means less work for us.
You genuinely can, and for some businesses that's the right call. What you're paying us for is the part that takes the time: writing copy that converts, structuring the site so Google shows it for "barber near me", and building a booking flow that fits how you actually work. If your budget is under a few hundred pounds, we'll point you at a builder and wish you luck.
No. Monthly plans are rolling with 30 days' notice. If you leave, the domain, the website files and your customer data come with you — we'll help you move them.
Hosting, domain renewal, the SSL certificate, security and software updates, daily backups, the booking system licence and small content changes — new prices, new staff member, changed opening hours. It's not a maintenance fee for a site nobody touches; it's so you never have to think about any of it.
Yes, and plenty of businesses should at first — marketplaces do bring genuinely new customers. The usual approach is to keep the listing for discovery while steering regulars to your own booking page, then review the numbers after six months and decide whether the listing still earns its commission.
Usually one to two weeks from first call to live. The main variable is how quickly you can get us your photos, prices and service list — everything else is on us.
We're based in Norfolk, and the whole thing runs remotely — a call to kick off, a private preview link while we build, and a screen-share to hand it over. Nothing to travel to and no half-days lost to meetings. It also means we can work with businesses anywhere in the UK, not just locally.
Then we stop them. Ads are month to month and everything is tracked, so after 60 days you'll know your cost per enquiry rather than guessing. Some businesses find organic search and their booking page do the job and ads aren't worth it — we'd rather tell you that than keep billing you.
